This Penthouse suite includes the whole third floor. It has queen size bed, AC, kitchenette with bar. Has a private bathroom with glass enclosed separate bathtub and rain shower. It connects to the bedroom and sitting room with 2 doors. Skylights and a cathedral ceiling complete the space.

The outside deck is an amazing extension of the Penthouse with panoramic Harbor views and star filled nights…its like being in your own planetarium. There is a Gazebo along with a firepit and your own private Hot Tub/Jacuzzi.

All rates subject to 9% Maine Sales Tax.

We have a No Smoking Policy, conforming to all state regulations.

Deposits must be received within (7) days for one night or half of the total due, whichever is greater. Balance for all reservations due upon arrival.

Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded if made 15 days prior to arrival date or if space can be re-rented for the entire reservation period. Early departures will be handled in the same manner. There is a $75 cancellation fee.

Check out at 11 am. Check-in from 3 – 8 pm. Please call if you intend to arrive later.
